Requirements

1. The amount of traffic to be sent and received between AS212703 and The third party network should be in approximate parity.

2. The amount of traffic exchanged in either direction over all interconnection links between The third party network and AS212703 shall equal or exceed 100Mbps on average (95%).

3. AS212703 does not accept routes smaller then /24
